1 Introduction

To access 5ph1's services, you must create a single account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 5ph1 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. 5ph1 reserves the right to identify linked accounts using technical means, including IP address, device fingerprinting, and payment method matching. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3.3 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 5ph1 requires all players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. Accepted identification documents include government-issued Philippine IDs such as a UMID card, PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID. 4.2 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. Deposits are credited to your 5ph1 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. 5ph1 does not accept deposits made by third parties — all funds must originate from a payment account held in the same name as your 5ph1 account.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. 6 Gameplay Rules

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use 5ph1 strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5ph1, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events beyond 5ph1's reasonable control.

• Third-party content, services, or websites that may be referenced in connection with 5ph1's platform.

5ph1's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 5ph1 account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

5ph1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all applicable National Privacy Commission (NPC) regulations. 12 Amendments to These Terms

5ph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the 5ph1 website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.
